A: The best choice depends on your needs and preferences. If you are in a hurry, in-office treatment is better because results are instant with just one visit. However, patients with sensitive teeth fare better with home treatment, because it is gentler and more gradual.
A: If you want to change the color, size, shape, or overall appearance of teeth, veneers may be a great choice.

A: A dental crown is a restoration that covers and restores a tooth. They are often used for deep fractures, severe decay, broken teeth, or protecting teeth after root canal treatment. Our crowns are made of porcelain, for a natural looking result.
A: Traditionally, the process takes a couple of weeks with several appointments. However, times are changing. We were the first in the area to equip our office with CAD/CAM technology. Thanks to that system, the answer to your question is just one visit.

However, dental implants have a great many benefits over either of those choices. Today, most dentists and patients agree that implants are the preferred tooth replacement option.
A: We cannot diagnose a problem without an examination, but the most likely problem here is bruxism (clenching or grinding teeth). This often happens during the night, and you may not even be aware of it. Other symptoms include jaw pain, facial pain, frequent headaches, and excess wear on your teeth. Fortunately, bruxism can be controlled with a customized oral appliance. Visit us for a consultation.
A: It is possible that your toothbrush is too stiff or you are brushing too aggressively. However, a more likely cause is gum disease. Other symptoms may include puffiness, tenderness, or redness of the gum tissue. Schedule a periodontal examination today.
Absolutely! We recognize that oral cancer is one of the deadliest health risks facing our patients, and that early detection is the key to successful treatment. We use VELscope technology, which detects abnormalities in tissue even before they are visible.
You will be welcomed warmly the moment you walk through the door. When it is time for your appointment, we will escort you to the consultation area. Your dentist will conduct and in-depth discussion about your cosmetic and health concerns, medical considerations, scheduling or budget issues, and anything else relevant to your care. Then we will perform a comprehensive oral evaluation including smile analysis, periodontal health assessment, VELscope oral cancer screening and much more.
Please see the “First Visit” page for further details.

During the process, the patient is covered in protective apron covering the torso. However, we believe that safer is always better. For that reason, we transitioned to digital radiographs over a decade ago. This imaging system emits less radiation while providing more detailed diagnostic data than the traditional method. Furthermore, the process is more comfortable, especially for patients with jaw pain, because there need to bite down on film.
