Meet Dr. Steven Hatcher

Dr. Hatcher is committed to helping change the lives of his patients through their smiles. He has dedicated his entire practice to his patients, getting to know them personally and develop lasting friendships and trusting relationships with those he treats. He understands that maintaining oral health is a lifelong process, and works with his patients to ensure that their visits are a positive, uplifting experience. Every time a patient leaves his office, they are enjoying a healthy beautiful smile that they feel comfortable sharing with others.

Education

Dr. Hatcher graduated from the University Of North Carolina School Of Dentistry. He completed his undergraduate studies at UNC-Chapel Hill with a major in Biology and received a NIH grant for cancer research during his studies. After graduation from dental school Dr. Hatcher began his military service at Ft. Meade, Maryland completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency. Dr. Hatcher served most of his time in the Washington, DC area. In addition to Ft. Meade, he was stationed at Ft. Belvoir, the Pentagon and Ft. McNair.

Continuing Education

Dr. Hatcher participates in continuing education as a way to stay current with the latest advancements in cosmetic and general dentistry. He is a member of several dental organizations, that provide him with endless opportunities for continued education and professional advancement, including the:

Outside of the practice

Dr. Hatcher resides in Greensboro with his wife Sona, a pediatric dentist and Greensboro native. He is also the proud father of Sophia, who is his world! When not practicing dentistry, they enjoy traveling, skiing, golfing, cooking, and hiking. Dr. Hatcher looks forward to working with you and help you improve and maintain the overall health of your beautiful smile.

I am proud to say that I am the newest member of the team! I have a background in interior architecture but am loving the front office position that I have gotten accustomed to since I started here. I am building relationships with patients and enjoy seeing them each time they come in. I consider myself, along with Natalie, the ""HUB"" of the team. I strive to help nurture a positive and non-fearful environment here at our office and I look forward to many, many years as part of this wonderful team.
